We are seeking an experienced and dedicated **Construction Supervisor**to oversee daily operations at our construction sites.
- Supervise and manage on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
- To monitor project progress and report to project managers and stakeholders.
- To read and understand construction & technical drawings and plans.
- Plan and count for materials required for work, coordinate with engineer to order and deliver materials required for work on time.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may impact work progress.
- Enforce quality control standards throughout all phases of the project.
- Report and feedback to engineer and managers on issues faced during work progress.
- Coordinate with engineers and managers to facilitate work progress.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) standards, regulations and company policies.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Compliance to safe work procedures.
- BCSS certificate is mandantory.
- Confined Space Supervisor or other related certifications will be added advantage
- At least 3 years of working experience in construction industry as Construction Supervisor.
