- Position Title**:Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor**:

- Working Location: Redhill
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 6.30 PM)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary up to $6,000 + AWS + Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out duties before and after securing a contract, including estimation, cost management, and the tender process.
- Accurately estimate and measure construction work for bid submissions.
- Identify competitive and trustworthy suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and oversee tender documents and procedures.
- Conduct cost evaluations and compile reports.
- Oversee project claims from subcontractors, handle variations to the contract, and keep an eye on expenses to identify any differences from the planned costs.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Experience with interior fit-out projects is a plus.
- Knowledgeable about pricing procedures and contract management.
- Proven experience in successfully managing and completing fit-out projects is preferable.
- Those with extensive experience may be eligible for a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
