We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to join a prestigious hotel property in the Philippines, overseeing a large and dynamic Sales & Marketing team with responsibilities extending to Revenue Management and Reservations.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive commercial strategies to elevate the hotel’s market position, boost revenue, and ensure exceptional performance across all departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for an astute professional with extensive experience in Southeast Asia, particularly within the luxury hotel segment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead, manage, and develop the Sales & Marketing team to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.**:

- **Oversee Revenue Management strategies to maximise profitability across all market segments.**:

- **Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams.**:

- **Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and customer insights to adjust strategies.**:

- **Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align sales and marketing goals with overall business objectives.**:

- **Drive new business initiatives, partnerships, and brand growth in the region.**:

- **Maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners.**

**What We’re Looking For**:
Proven track record in Sales & Marketing leadership within Southeast Asia’s luxury hotel market.

Strong understanding of Revenue Management and its impact on overall hotel performance.

Experience in managing large teams across multiple departments.

Exceptional strategic, analytical, and leadership skills.

Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

Experience in large-scale, 5-star properties is highly preferred.

A regional network within the Southeast Asian hospitality industry would be advantageous.
