We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join Challenger Technologies Limited to assist with day to day operations and maintenance of our stores and corporate office.
- Lead the Facilities team, manage their daily operations, maintenance and upkeep of corporate office and retail stores, staying up-to-date with regulations from the authorities.
- Plan and manage resources to promptly attend to and rectify all facilities issues and emergencies with mínimal disruption to operations.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of building and equipment at corporate office and retail stores are in place and carried out on time.
- Regular building inspection and analysis of technical reports as needed, for recommendations for repair, upgrade and improvement to all facilities and equipment.
- Evaluate quotations from third party service providers.
- Manage all projects to ensure they are within approved budget and timelines.
- Monitor and ensure that security measures for corporate office and retail stores are in place..
- Review building SOPs regularly to ensure compliance.
- Ensure the Facility team is well-trained and competent for maintenance of corporate office and retail stores.
- Manage all the M&E certification required by authorities such as fire certification etc.
- Ensure that the retail store tenancy fit-out and reinstatement works adhere to company guidelines.
- Maintain good relationship with vendors, suppliers, and contractors while ensuring they provide quality services and products at best value.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree qualification or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in facilities management.
- Must have with hands on experience in electrical and building maintenance works.
- Strong knowledge in building M&E maintenance and renovation, Singapore's code of practices and regulations.
- Must be a well-organised and detailed self-starter with excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders from all levels.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and fire safety management accreditation will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of automation in facility systems will be beneficial.
- Able to commit to 5.5 days’ work week and available to work standby duties when required.
