Singapore TQC PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Full time

**Accounting daily & periodic activities and Regulatory compliance**
- Key non-trade invoices into Navision System
- Check all invoices are accurately booked in NAV and are supported by the required documents, eg Check invoices against POs & Dos.
- Review invoice postings to ensure accurate coding of accounts in NAV, invoice description and other details, in accordance with tax, accounting, and management reporting requirements.
- Reconciliation of accounts payable to vendors’ statements (SOA)
- Reconcile and resolve account variances
- Ensure there is no outstanding invoices from Intercompany before month-end closing
- Manage and monitor the AP Aging for long overdue accounts
- Maintain vendors master and AP related codes in NAV
- Maintain custom tax invoices record with invoices copied
- Perform Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare Bank confirmations required by auditors

**Finance & Cashflow planning - Payment**
- Process staff reimbursements and Petty cash management
- Prepare payment proposal with supporting documents for approval
- Update daily cashbook balance according to daily bank statement.
- Cash flow Forecast for Fund Transfer preparation and assist to arrange forex deal with banks
- Payment Vouchers, TT Preparation and issuance of cheque (if any)
- Assist Accountant with bank facilities

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma/Bachelor degree or equivalent;
- Accounts Payable experience preferred.
- 2 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Navision. Well-organized, independent and self-driven.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
