Position Overview
The SEA Sales Operations Specialist (Productivity & Efficiency) will be joining the SEA Sales Operations & Planning team within the high performing and extremely nimble Global Business Solutions (Monetization) Office. This highly organized and efficient professional must be flexible and be able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross functional teams whilst prioritizing the needs of the SEA business. In this role, you will focus on solving problems at scale through optimal business processes and system optimization projects.

Your Role
The Sales Operation specialist reports to the Sales Operations Lead, Productivity & Efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:
System Optimization
- Perform daily internal CRM operations and data hygiene management. Review, perform and optimise daily internal CRM system approvals. Respond to sales support tickets related to CRM issue trouble-shooting and escalation.
- Partner closely with sales and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for CRM optimization. Clearly communicate business needs and priorities to the product team, ensuring new features are aligned with business needs. Roll out new feature launches and training with sales enablement and product marketing teams.
- Participate in UATs and arrange for relevant stakeholder participation. Prepare and execute change management projects for continuous improvement and drive system optimizations.
- Monitor sales-related metrics and provide the sales analysis report by providing insight and offering analytic advice and analysis to guide the business. Analyze data on feature adoption rate and efficiency impact.

Project Management
- Partner closely with business stakeholders on understanding workflow processes and challenges. Able to consolidate user requirements and articulate user story for project initiatives
- Act as project owner to collaborate with different project members. Communicate and define clearly on project objective, scope, timeline and deliverables. Monitor progress throughout project lifecycle and remove blockers when needed
- Monitor and communicate project results and key metrics regularly. Able to operationalize the deliverables and maintain efficiency level

**Qualifications**:

- BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration or Analytics degree
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced technology company with knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and/or KPIs for mobile ads is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to write about complex topics clearly and concisely
- Is a self-starter and high attention to detail. Able to multitask and work independently to get things done. Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and often ambiguous growth environment
- Had exposure and/or experience in process driven projects and CRM systems (including but not limited to Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Tableau, Power BI etc)
- Advanced Excel and analytical experience. Technical proficiency in MS Office / Google Suites
- Had exposure and/or experience in Agile project management skillset preferred
- Have a passion for TikTok
