We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Hair Stylist Assistant to join our dynamic salon team. As a Hair Stylist Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced stylists, providing support and ensuring smooth salon operations. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients, offering them beverages and ensuring their comfort throughout their salon experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including styling stations, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare and set up styling tools, ensuring they are properly sanitized and in good working condition.
- Help with color mixing and formulation, under the guidance of senior stylists, for various hair coloring services.
- Assist in blow-drying, curling, or straightening clients' hair as part of the styling process.
- Attend to clients' needs during their salon visits, such as answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Manage laundry and towel replenishment to ensure an adequate supply for salon operations.
- Learn and stay updated on the latest hair trends, styles, and techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
- Collaborate with the salon team to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a hairstylist assistant or in a salon environment is preferred but not required.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in hairstyling techniques and trends.
- Basic knowledge of hair care products, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per salon schedules.
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and reaching.
