
Supervisory Mangement and Program Analyst

**Duties**:
- Oversees a staff of professional Federal employees engaged in professional and administrative work.
- Advises ACF leadership on policy, operations, and procedures, and recommends programmatic changes to meet requirements and program priorities.
- Serves as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst with responsibility for the oversight of day-to-day staff and operations of extremely broad, multifaceted, programs that have significant impact on the mission of ACF.

**Qualifications**:
**Applicants must demonstrate that they meet the Minimum Qualification requirements as noted below.**
**Specialized Experience**:GS-15**: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the **GS-14** level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing **(3)** of the **(4)** duties listed below:
- Managing the planning, direction, and/or execution of the organization and providing administrative technical oversight of subordinate staff;
- Exercising managerial and/or supervisory authority over employees who are responsible for a wide range of administrative and support services;
- Advising managers and program officials on policies and procedures;
- Identifying human resource (HR) and system support requirements to assist in meeting Agency objectives and deadlines.
