A global food icon is looking for an **experienced/high-po Cluster Head of Marketing** to join its regional office in **Singapore**.

The Cluster Head of Marketing shall enable the Brand's core values, ambitions, and unique selling proposition, to come to life through tailored marketing strategies and activations that achieve brand and business growth targets in the assigned cluster.

This role will directly impact the Brand's network expansion, new market entry, and brand relaunch, as it continues its exciting upward trajectory.

Reporting to the VP Brand and Marketing, this regional and single contributor role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills at all levels.

**Key responsibilities**
- Establish clear understanding of the Brand's values, ambitions, target audience, unique selling proposition with the in-country teams
- Set up and communicate clear commercial goals and KPIs (including sales targets, customer satisfaction index, and more) for each country market
- Lead the marketing calendar development, define market calendar objectives and key events, and develop test programme
- Partner with in-country teams to tailor global marketing strategies and activation to each country market's unique needs and preferences
- Create product development and marketing strategies that breathe life into the brand's vision, utilising a deep understanding of consumer insights.
- Partner with in-country teams on monthly/quarterly/yearly business and financial planning exercise
- Provides high level of engagement with in-country teams

**Key requirements**
- Mandatory to be experienced in **brand marketing for Food categories**:

- Good understanding of Asia markets - China, Japan, Korea, India will be highly advantageous
- Excellent at influencing and building strong and trusted relationship with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and providing level of engagement
- Strategic and hands-on
- High-po calibre

**Remuneration**
- Between S$160,000 and S$270,000 annual base, plus variable bonus
