**Title: Art Lead**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the Art Direction and asset delivery is of industry-leading quality.
- Effectively adhere to the art vision goals and visual rules for the project making sure all work meets these requirements
- Ensure that the work of the team follows quality standards, artistic direction, and set project deadlines
- Promote Art culture and relevance across the Art team
- Support the implementation of project art direction with other members of the team, and gets stuck in with hands on work
- Work with other disciplines to establish technical and aesthetic guidelines for art in the game
- Use experience and expertise to guide and advise the design team through production
- Identify and raise any risks or issues as you find them to the Leadership Team
- Establish, develop, and maintain the game artistic style and visual quality.

**Requirements**:

- Strong aesthetic sense
- Experience on multiple games and ability to work across varied art styles
- Ability to do 2D and 3D work
- Deep understanding of lighting and material.
- Strong working knowledge of either 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender.
- Can independently finish environment model creation, UV edit, material creation, texture baking.
- A keen willingness to adapt work as the project evolves.
- Willingness to remain up to date on the latest creative software and hardware.

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

- 13th month salary

**Experience**:

- Graphic arts: 2 years (preferred)
