Team Intro
The TikTok QA team has been focusing on the high quality and the best user experience of TikTok products. Our team uses advanced auto-testing tools and comprehensive quality assurance methods to continuously control the delivery of products. We are looking for passionate software development engineers in test to join this fast growing industry.

You will
2. Design test plans for new features and regression test cases;
3. Work on project management, risk management, and process management tasks;
4. Help implement test tools and collaborate with automation/performance test teams to build up internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive;
5. Track defects manage bugs during the whole software development cycle.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or related majors;

2. At least 5 years experience of testing, familiar with performance testing tools, iOS/Android automation, and/or test platform development;
3. Proficient in one or more coding languages, such as Python, Golang, PHP, Java, etc;
5. Good at communication, able to push forward objectives in cross-region and cross-team collaboration;
7. Experience in end-to-end quality assurance lifecycle.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Familiar with common tech components, such as Redis, NSQ, Zero-MQ, Kafka, Docker, K8s, Hive, Spark;
2. Experience in project management or team leading.
