JR45457 Central PQE Deviation Engineer

As a Senior Engineer for FE Central QE Deviation Management at Micron Technology, Inc., you will play a key role in the Global Quality Team. Your responsibilities will include managing deviations, reducing variation and deviations for all Micron Frontend Sites. You are expected to work with Corporate QMS, QRA, Central Teams, Manufacturing and other areas to build a Best-in-Class Quality Culture while balancing wafer output and cost. You will lead the team globally, work with business partners to develop strategies for maintaining and continually improving quality processes & systems, contributing to quality improvement projects, and supporting customers or activities to resolve non-conformances. You optimize, analyze and manage deviation management controls (Event/QDRs) as a part of the quality engineering team to continuously improve in $CoNC/%NCD. Desired projects include bringing deviation reduction to the next level through Global business processes and Analytic system & reporting enhancements. Through collaboration with various teams, you will evaluate and analyse the trend and give direction for the team to embark for corrective actions. As lead for the Effective Problem Solving (EPS) SWAT, you will propose best-known method (BKM) alignment initiatives, deploys the identified BKMs across the manufacturing sites. You will not only focus on quality improvement in $CoNC/%NCD but also support meeting manufacturing targets in collaboration with the worldwide central and site teams. You will also form and drive focus task force with sites or global teams for additional support when quality health or metrics are not performing.
