**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Architect Scalable Solutions**: Design and implement robust architectures using microservices and APIs, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability in cloud-native environments.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Engage with cross-functional teams—developers, product owners, executives, and external partners—to align architecture with business goals and secure buy-in.
- **Innovation & Roadmapping**: Propose innovative solutions and enhancements, define MVPs, and contribute to technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy and industry trends.
- **Mentorship & Enablement**: Coach junior architects, developers, and testers; foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement through technical workshops and best practice dissemination.
- **Security & Compliance**: Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and industry best practices throughout the solution lifecycle.
- **Technical Leadership**: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, guide development teams, and ensure the use of reusable components and frameworks.

**Technical Proficiencies**:

- **Cloud Platforms**: Deep expertise in AWS (certification preferred), with strong understanding of cloud-native design patterns and services.
- **Development Stack**: Java, Spring Boot, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- **DevOps & Agile**: CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), infrastructure as code, Agile methodologies, and open-source toolchains.
- **Security**: API security, identity and access management, secure coding practices.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Strong communicator and influencer across technical and business domains.
- Recognized for leadership, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
- Committed to continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging technologies.
- 10+ years of experience in the technology industry including 5+ in architecture of scalable and high-performance internet facing systems.
