**Planner Engineer (Order Management Engineer)
**Purpose**

Main liaison for corporate planning process in area of order management; scope includes area of raw materials, shipment, and starts to meet orders. This is to ensure the local site is supporting corporate headquarters in terms of overall planning and proposes recovery plans where needed with proper analysis

**Responsibilities**

**Planning Activities**

Be the main representative for PR1 in terms of planning activities with corporate “
- CRP
- COP

Liaison in terms of planning parameters, starts, Outs, customer delivery dates

**Weekly activity coordination**

Responsible for reporting of previous week performance + current week forecast in terms of:

- Starts
- Outs
- Shipments to customers

Provide analysis for gaps and propose solutions for recovery where necessary

**Bulk Supply Management**
- To ensure sufficient bulk material available to support planned activity per CRP/COP. Liaison for requests from bulk group (part conversion, hold/dehold etc)

**Documentation & Standard Operating Procedures**

Ensure proper documentation; in order to comply with policies and ensure proper documentation for future reference and improve operational efficiency

**Improvement Activities**

**Educational Qualifications**:
Degree - At least 2 years relevant experience. Fresh graduates may be considered

**Technical / job knowledge**:
Good knowledge in logistics flows, supply chain planning processes

**Personal capabilities**:
Communication and influence skills, Teamwork
