**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Operation Manager in coordinating site activities and purchasing activities
- Attending to all relevant administration and projects documentation such as

preparation of progress and site report, method of statement, approval of materials, monthly integrated contract reports and ensure all reports submitted to Client punctually.
- Manage team of Site Supervisors, Safety Coordinator and General Workers
- Involve in general purchasing duties, source and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers, liaise with external vendors and contractors to ensure on time delivery of goods/works
- Organize, attend and participate in project meetings and document meeting minutes to the necessary stakeholders
- Scheduling of project tasks and keeping project status up-to-date with accurate information
- To ensure works are in compliance to quality procedures, within standard workmanship requirements and in accordance to schedule
- Ensure vendors / sub-contractors deliver goods/works on time if contract is delegated out to 3rd party
- Ensure proper project handover to the client upon completion (Training, O&M Manual).
- Provide HSE support and other work or assignment support as required or instructed by office.

**Job Requirements**

The applicant should possess:

- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical), Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Singapore as project coordinator, preferably with HSE experience or in similar job functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & AutoCad
- Must be able to travel to worksites.
- Must be Meticulous, willing to learn, responsible and good attitude
- Good communication skill, Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
