**_Key Role and Responsibilities _**
- Setting up of bar counter and ensuring general tidiness and cleanliness of the bar
- Checking & replenish of daily inventory of all spirits, sake, beer and other beverages
- Conduct training sessions with all restaurant staff for sake pairing and general knowledge of new sakes
- Recommend sake to guests, answer any queries about sake, help guests with pairing.
- Assisting front of house staff in the service of F&B when not engaged in sommelier duties
- Negotiating of prices with suppliers and proper calculation of mark ups to ensure healthy beverage costing
- Assist in the opening/ closing of the restaurant which includes ensuring that all cutlery and clean and put in place and the general cleanliness of the restaurant

**_Requirements _**

1. WSET, CMS or Certification to indicate formal sake knowledge

2. At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in the F&B industry and with specific knowledge to food and sake pairing

3. Excellent customer service skills and friendly.

4. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

5. Keen for opportunities to learn to be multi-skilled and trained.

6. Able to commit 6-day work week, including Saturdays and public holidays.
