**Our team and the role we are hiring for**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated **Software Engineer Intern** to join our Engineering team to work on a large scale, complex system that brings innovation to healthcare. You will be working on modern technology stack and in a cross-functional environment that promotes collaboration within/across teams and managing both internal/external stakeholders.

This role reports directly to the Engineering Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with team members to define, design, and ship new features
- Assist in maintaining code quality, code organization, documentation and automatization.
- Assist with estimating work efforts required for each phase of a project.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Active learning to identify bottlenecks and raise technical risks, and collaborate with others to address them.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- Excellent in problem solving and analytical skills.
- Aspire in achieving excellence in Software Engineering
- High energy, motivated team player, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering outcomes.
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex ideas and document in a clear and concise way.
- Keen to be working within a tech startup and hyper growth environment
- Comfortable with fast paced operations and not being afraid to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done.
- Preferably with knowledge in JAVA using Spring Framework and UI Frameworks (AngularJS, ReactJS etc.)
- Preferably with knowledge of the software development life cycle, SCM tools and CI/CD pipeline.
