**Responsibilities**:

- Handle fund transfer and customer’s deposit including account maintenance like opening and closing of accounts, cheque clearing, processing brokerage and payments.
- Settlement of treasury and deposit transactions.
- Prepare periodic reports and filing of documents.
- Handle and liaise with counterparty financial institution as well as customers including Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Other operational duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma.
- 1 to 2 years of related experience in similar department in a bank preferred.
- Familiar with SWIFT and MEPS payment systems.
- Ability to write and speak English and Mandarin.(To handle queries and concerns from English and Chinese speaking counterparts.)
- Organized and meticulous.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team to meet deadline.
- Ability to multi-task is an added advantage.
