
Content & Digital Campaign Manager

**Summary**:
- To serve as campaign planning support for current and new business development for digital marketing initiatives
- To liaise and cooperate between different teams RHQ, HQ, Subs, Agencies
- Check, maintain, resolve issues and suggest campaign improvements
**Responsibilities**:
- Take accountability for end-to-end marketing campaigns, develop strategic objectives and creative methods to discover effective ways to drive campaign performance KPI’s
- Develop, execute, and analyse campaigns to meet the team’s goals
- Manage campaigns and communication with clients for the assigned campaigns
- Work closely with multidiciplinary teams to achieve target KPI’s and goals
- Plan and manage operation processes between Clients and internal teams
- Support operational tasks based on campaign initiatives
- Coordinate with partners to acquire promotions and managing campaigns
- Work across the team to produce effective outcomes
- Content marketing (copywriting background a plus)
- Evaluating reports and metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Communication, Arts, Design, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of work experience in Marketing, Project Management, Business Development, or Digital Marketing
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Sprinklr, AA
- Result-oriented attitude and a record of initiating projects and activities
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects a plus
- Knowledge and skills in graphic, multimedia, and layout design
- Knowledge of various social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok
- Knowledge of Analytics software, advertising funnels, and social media management
- Ability to meet deadline, self-management skills, and the ability to handle tasks with speed and accuracy
- Positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality, and service mindedness
