**What You’ll Bring to the Table**:

- A **Bachelor’s degree**in Supply Chain Management or a related field (an advanced degree or APICS CPIM certification is a plus).
- **10+ years of experience**in Supply Chain Planning, ideally within manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Proven **leadership experience of at least 5 years**, inspiring and managing high-performing teams.
- Deep expertise in **Advanced Planning and ERP systems**(SAP, Oracle, o9) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
- A **strategic and commercially focused mindset**with demonstrated end-to-end thinking.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data for insightful, data-driven decisions.
- A natural ability to **motivate, inspire, and drive business outcomes**through leadership.
