**_PART A: Duties & Responsibilities_**
- Primary role_
- Liaise with overseas land operators to coordinate tour & hotel arrangements for Group package tours
- Liaise with Airlines to request Air group seats and monitoring all group seats deposit and ticket issuance deadlines
- Issuance of all group air tickets and process air ticket refund if required
- Update namelist by recording travellers’ details for each Group Tour
- Submit Group package travelers' requests to land operators or Airlines according to their preference (special meals, rooms or any other requests)
- Prepare Pre-tour briefing for group tour departure (preparation of briefing booklet, check travelers' details, issue air tickets, etc)
- Tour guide assignment & prepare EO for tour guide’s expenses and salary
- Secondary role_
- Assist main Japan Group & F.I.T product planner on creating travel packages
- Liaise with overseas agents & hoteliers to negotiate for attractive itinerary and tour pricing for our travel packages
- Prepare contents for tour package flyer including setting tour fee

Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time

**_PART B: Experience & Skill-set required_**
- Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field
- Possess some work experiences in Tourism & Hospitality sectors
- Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication & written skills in English & Chinese would be a plus to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with mínimal supervision and able to handle work pressure

**_PART C: Other Information_**
- Mondays to Fridays (9am - 6pm)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
