**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely provisioning of enterprise identities aligned with staff onboarding schedules.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ticket management, such as ticket resolution time, first response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Oversee deprovisioning of enterprise identities and access rights within 24 hours of staff offboarding.
- Promptly initiate access reviews in response to internal transfers or staff movements.
- Monitor and address any lapses in access revocation upon employee exit.
- Trigger access rights reviews for data-loss risk accounts within 24 hours of departure notifications.
- Enforce data loss prevention measures during the final 14 days of employment.
- Disable dormant accounts promptly based on inactivity thresholds defined by internal standards.
- Lead corporate-wide periodic reviews of system, user, and privileged identities/access rights.
- Regularly assess IAM processes to identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement.
- Design and maintain IAM roles in accordance with least privilege and segregation of duties principles, fulfilling service requests within 5 calendar days.
- Revoke unauthorized access within 24 hours of detection.
- Maintain department and division-level access birthrights, ensuring prompt implementation and policy compliance.
- Update role ownership data in accordance with joiner, mover, and leaver activities; changes must be completed within 24 hours of termination.
- Remove expired access rights and revoke access to classified or sensitive data within 24 hours of eligibility change or clearance expiration.
- Investigate and resolve anomalous access activities within 24 hours using the enterprise anomaly detection system.
- Revoke access for individuals crossing Chinese Walls within 24 hours and actively monitor compliance.
- Manage privileged and system identities using the enterprise privileged access management (PAM) tool; ensure credentials are checked in within 24 hours post-provisioning.
- Prevent any single party from having full knowledge or standing access to privileged credentials, and remediate violations within 24 hours of identification.
- Enforce password rotation policies on all privileged and system accounts.
- Ensure periodic reviews confirm privileged identities are appropriately stored and access is restricted based on authorization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in **IAM**, with at least **2 years in a leadership role**.
- Honest. responsible and proactive leader with the ability to lead and manage a team
- In-depth understanding of IAM tools, principles, and regulatory standards.
- Familiarity with **enterprise security practices, PAM tools, and access certification workflows.**:

- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-stakes environment with tight turnaround times.
