**Accounting Responsibilities**:

- Handle and maintain full set of The Company and subsidiaries company account
- Responsible for month-end, year-end closing process
- Prepare & analyze monthly, quarterly and year-end financial report, Budget and submission to the Management and external

**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Assist and prepare Tender documents for New Project tender submission, fee proposal
- Invoicing/ prepare annual sales budget and analyze in the determination of market potential and in preparation of sales expenses estimates
- Coordinate closely with Manufacturer and supplier for products order
- Undertake various ad hoc assignments as required

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years and above relevant work experience
- Team player abd able to work independently to complete tasks
- Able to communicate with Reginal representative office
