We have immediate vacancies for **Temp Staff **in **Operations Dept **.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and type policy documents including endorsements, cover notes and certificates of insurance.
- Process policy renewals.
- Despatch processed documents.
- Maintain filing system and perform regular archiving of obsolete documents for off-site storage.
- Typing and filing.
- Any other tasks and duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least GCE 'N' or 'O' levels with a credit in English.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in data entry, filing and general admin duties.
- Responsible, fast and accurate worker.

**Working Hours**
- Mon to Thurs 8.45am to 5.45pm, Fri 8.45am to 4.45pm

**Duration: 3 months
**Hourly Rate: $10 to $12, depending on qualifications & experience
