Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to join them as either **Assistant Manager or Manager (Sustainability Communications)
**The Role**:
To support our growing climate & sustainability/ESG advisory business across the region. You will be responsible for managing engagements with a particular focus on sustainability communications and reporting.

You will work with managers, senior managers, directors, and partners to manage and deliver climate & sustainability/ESG advisory engagements for specific clients. The scope of work includes developing sustainability communication framework, crafting sustainability narrative, stake holder engagement, media relations on ESG and Sustainability reporting sustainability. You will manage all aspects of the end-to-end engagement process, client face and be responsible for project management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage sustainability communications engagements.
- Develop and implement sustainability communication strategies and narratives for clients.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement
- Identify media angles for story pitching
- Support in the preparation and publication of sustainability reports in compliance with relevant frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Lead project teams and work independently.
- Review and oversee project deliverables.
- Prepare proposals for client pursuits and presentation materials for client meetings, workshops, and discussions.
- Manage and coach junior team members.
- Actively support the growth and development of the advisory services.

**Required Skills**:

- A degree in communications, sustainability, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in sustainability and communications.
- Strong understanding of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability communication strategies.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and contribute new ideas.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
