- Diploma / Degree with 2-5 years of General Insurance experience. Casualty lines are not a must but preferred
- What you need to know:

- This role will allow you to establish relationships with producers and develop a reputation with peers and in the market. You will be managing your own portfolio of accounts and developing business opportunities.
- Underwriting of Casualty lines in accordance to underwriting authority These include WICA, Public/Products Liability, Environmental Impairment Liability and Product Recall
- Day to day servicing of existing portfolio - both renewals and new business
- Manage referrals to management to support underwriting decisions and actions
- Prioritize workload to achieve internal and external deadlines
- Striving to meet profit center and personal financial targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with Agent and Broker producers
- Identify business opportunities and convert ideas to reality through product development and enhancement
- Work with other Departments across AIG to achieve corporate objectives
- Build on the Company profile in the market
- Proactively keep up to date with industry and business issues
