Assist in daily routine operations eg. arrange courier services, handle phone calls (screening and forwarding incoming calls) and taking messages.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier documents, faxes and mails and daily collection incoming letters from letter box in
Provide Accounts administrative support (such as printing the invoices)
Support the operational day-to-day activities ( such as coordination and booking of meeting rooms.
1. Answer and direct phone calls
2. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
3. Manage all incoming/outgoing mails, courier document/parcels and document circulation
4. Carry out administrative duties e.g. filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
5. Facilitating the ordering of stationery, water and pantry suppliers
6. Assist in arranging cleaner for business property
7. Provide administration support to HR and Accounts Department
9. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
10. Assist Finance Department in data entry duties and printing invoices
11. Carry any other ac-hoc admin duties and operational support as and when assigned by supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Recognised Diploma in Secretarial, Administration or related fields
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- To liaise with Mandrin speaking clients.
