Logistics Executive, Regional Logistics (6 Months Contract, Maternity Cover)

**Missions and Responsibilities**
The Logistics Executive will assist in managing and monitoring the operational functions within the end to end logistics operation in the Omni channel environment, including warehouse (3PL), domestic and overseas transport and last mile delivery to customers, for both B2B and B2C.
- Warehouse and Operations Management- Manage the relationship and performance with the 3PL in charge of Warehousing:_
- _
Coordinate and communicate business requirements (volumes, SLAs) and standards to 3PL, and ensure successful execution._
- _
Oversee 3PL operational performance (on-time operations, reliability, adaptability). Maintain and distribute performance KPIs.
- _Liaise with internal Sephora stakeholders to plan operations:_- _
Communicate business projected volumes related to warehouse operations in preparation of business needs and events_
- _
Supply Planning team and Procurement team to plan inbound operations_
- _
Liaise with Procurement, Planning, Retail Ops teams to plan inbound operations’ priorities_
- _
Liaise with Procurement team on inventory integrity issues driven from supplier / brand_
- _
Liaise with brands and/or other external stakeholders to facilitate warehousing processes (product information, batch coding / expiry dates management, labelling..)._

Check and validate accuracy of operational outputs and reports._
- Check and validate relevant system interfaces between 3PL and Sephora are processed correctly in SAP.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in Logistics, ideally in retail including e-commerce, FMCG or Medical Industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain
- SAP experience will be an advantage

- SAP and WMS experience
