Quality Control Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct incoming inspection of rations to ensure that the consignment comply with Product Specification, Customer Specification and Singapore Food Regulations.
- Support QA in weekend meal preparation to ensure Production monitor the CCPs in accordance to Hazard Control Plan.
- Conduct inbound QC check for SAF Cookhouses Bakery Products.
- Conduct QA random sampling for weight and filling verification check, to ensure that the findings meet product and customer specification. Compile the data in the QC system.
- Support QA in managing the retention samples.
- Provide various support to QA such as online QC check, preparation for customer visits, SFA site inspection, audits and other ad-hoc QA related matters.

**Key Requirements**
- Diploma holder with 1 to 2 years relevant working experience preferred.
- Good presentation skills, both orally and in writing.
- Well organised in work and having a systematic approach in problem solving.
- Experience in food processing/packaging environment.
