**Your new company**
You will be part of an exciting online publisher with presence across the region

**Your new role**
As the Managing Editor, you are required to:

- Provide guidance to authors in creating content that is in line with local trends as well as enduring content quality standards
- Responsible for reviewing web content, formulating review standards and classifying content according to content guidelines
- Establish and manage an editorial team in Singapore
- Undertake revenue targets and cost management objectives for the content team
- Manage editors and authors across different regions
- Run project operations in the designated language regions

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong experience in managing a team of no less than 5 individuals
- Possess ability to guide team towards completion of group goals
- Passionate about online literature
- Familiar with local cultural contexts and its relation to online content trends
- Able to use English as a working language
