Singapore Louis Vuitton Full time

**Poste**:

- To implement the advertising strategy based on targeted objectives set by local and regional directives and to ensure market specific initiatives are utilised so as to ensure Vuitton’s share of voice is the peak throughout the year.
- To execute PR activities to nurture Louis Vuitton’s brand image and tactical needs. Able to work independently and pro-actively to pitch stories and product releases to the media.
- For events, to assist the Manager on any pre-event planning and on-ground support at store/brand events in line with Louis Vuitton image.
- To manage PR agencies, media and magazine teams to ensure required number of exposures are met and Louis Vuitton is given the best placements.
- To maintain an updated PR calendar of events, prepare PR budget and handle invoices for the necessary approvals and finance processing
- Monitor & maintain all print, digital & social media editorial clippings for Singapore, including the effective usage of SOV tracking tools to create consistent reporting and analysis
- To maintain product placements and celebrity/KOL endorsements.
- Lead/Coordinate local & overseas photo shoot requests from stylists and manage samples rotation for Singapore
- To collate necessary PR reports and all reporting functions to local management and regional office.
- To support Manager in handling all client queries and complaints in media.
- To work closely with Client Development and Merchandising Departments in ensuring that in store events meet brand standards.
- To keep abreast of competitor communications strategies and track their activities in the market.

**Profil**:

- Degree in PR / Marketing or equivalent professional qualifications
- 5 to 8 years’ of relevant experience in Communications/PR
- Established good relations with Singapore media and press
- Industry experience in luxury fashion with journalism and digital experience will be preferred.
- An individual who seeks excellence in his/her work, possess strong interpersonal skills, results oriented, extremely analytical, meticulous and has the ability to perform under pressure and tight timelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
