**SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition Senior Manager**

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition Senior Manager to join our team. The S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the Pre-Sales, Solutioning, Design, Implementation, and support of S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition solutions to meet the business requirements of our organization. As the SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the pre-sales activities, solutioning, overseeing the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition solutions within the organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful closure, deployment and utilization of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition to meet the customer’s requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Pre-Sales activities : scoping, RFP responses, customer demo, effort estimation, solutioning
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition solutions, including gathering requirements, designing overall architecture & solution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation and configuration.
- Lead a team of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition consultants and developers, providing mentorship and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure the successful delivery of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition projects on time and within budget.
- Work closely with other teams, including SAP BASIS, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP S/4HANA, to integrate SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition solutions with other Non SAP systems.
- Stay current with the latest SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition trends and technologies, and assess their potential impact on our organization.
- Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with SAP and other technology vendors to stay updated on product roadmaps, new features, and enhancements related to SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition. Manage relationships with vendors and third-party consultants involved in SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation and support activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the capabilities and usability of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition within the organization. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data warehousing and analytics to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Pre-sales stage support : Demo, DDA, effort estimation, solutioning
Delivery stage support : As Solution Architect, Project Manager, Project Quality Assurance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation and support, with at least 2 years in a lead role. Overall minimum 15 year of experience in SAP solution.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition capabilities, including Activate Methodology, DDA tool, CALM, CBC, extensibility, integration, user management, security.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition configuration and development.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business processes of various industries and cloud architecture
