**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and maintain Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee Active Directory services, including user and group management, GPO implementation, and security best practices.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell or other scripting solutions for automation and system management tasks.
- Experience with VMWare and VDI Horizon for virtualization and desktop infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with AWS GCC (Government Cloud) for cloud infrastructure management and security compliance.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operation.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure projects and resolve technical issues.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Proven experience as a Windows Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory services.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or batch scripting.
- Experience with VMWare and VDI Horizon for virtualization and desktop infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with AWS for cloud infrastructure management and security compliance.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or CompTIA Server+.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
