**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute campaign set up and segmentation for eDM and SMS in Memberson CRM system;
- Manage all aspects of customer communications via Memberson CRM program and ensure that they meet the guidelines and SOPs;
- Work closely with the design team for creation and publication of all memberrelated BTL marketing material;
- To be the data custodian for the brand, maintaining and monitoring the customer and prospect database and behavior trends;
- Support CRM strategy through managing internal and external stakeholders,which includes internal strategic coordination with Marketing, CustomerService and E-Commerce teams, as well as management of partnerships;
- Primary support for marketing campaigns - member, campaign, voucher set up;
- Measure and evaluate performance of all marketing campaigns, assess against goals;
- Any other ad-hoc duties if any.
