Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end testing activities for FAST payments, PayNow (CAS), and collections systems.
- Conduct functional and integration testing across payment and collection solutions for corporate clients.
- Validate compliance with sanctions screening requirements during testing cycles.
- Collaborate with ERP integration teams to ensure secure and accurate transaction processing.
- Ensure adherence to encryption standards and maker-checker control processes in corporate banking systems.
- Manage and track defects and enhancements through JIRA.
- Work closely with product, development, and business teams to resolve testing issues and ensure product quality.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases, including test case creation, execution, and reporting.
- Monitor evolving industry practices and incorporate best practices into testing processes.

Key Requirements:

- Strong product knowledge in FAST payments, PayNow (CAS), and payment/collection processes.
- (Bonus) Familiarity with instant payments and collections in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Macau.
- Good understanding of sanctions screening and compliance in financial transactions.
- Solid corporate banking knowledge, including ERP integration, encryption, and maker-checker workflows.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA for issue tracking and project collaboration.
- Familiarity with industry-standard testing frameworks and QA methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to testing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
