Job Title: Early Years Educator (18 Months to 3 Years)

Location: [Serangoon Garden and Faith Methodist Preschool]

**Job Description**:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Early Years Educators to join our family, working with children aged 18 months to 3 years. You will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development these very young children.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum that align with NEL.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and safe environment where children feel valued and respected.
- Monitor and assess each child’s progress and development, maintaining accurate records and reporting to parents and guardians.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff members.
- Ensure the health and safety of all children at all times, adhering to all preschool policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and cohesive teaching environment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

- minimum ACEY
- Motivated, creative and keen to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Beginner Teachers are welcomed
- Patient, creative and have a genuine love for working with very young children
