Property Executive

BUTLER Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Executive to join our team. As a Property Executive, you will be responsible for the overall administration and management of private residences, ensuring that household operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage household and vendors of private residences
- Liaise with vendors for any maintenance, repairs or improvements
- Responsible for vendor accounting, household account, and record keeping
- Handle groceries shopping and other errands as required
- Provide client butlering duties, including personalized services, anticipating and fulfilling all requests in a timely and professional manner
- Providing excellent service at all times, going above and beyond to exceed client expectations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property or hospitality industry
- Experience in managing vendors and coordinating with different parties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
