We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Assistant Vice President, Business Financial Crime and Regulatory Risk.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

Regulatory and Tax Compliance
- The Insurance FCR Management
- Prepare and assist in the MI data extraction, management and reporting FCR Forums and Committees
- Support the review or accurate information flow for monitoring, trigger events and investigation on FCR
- Support and assist Insurance Financial Crime agenda through all applicable internal meetings
- Sanctions, AML and AB&C related policy changes;
- Assist in embedding policy changes in the Insurance entities
- Ascertain coordination and consistent execution across the Insurance business
- Governance & Regulatory
- Assist in embedding policy changes within Insurance
- Ascertain compliance and coordinate a consistent execution of regulatory controls within Insurance
- Tax Compliance & Reporting
- Assist in the implementation of system and process changes to facilitate Common Reporting Standards (CRS) reporting to the IRAS and CRS remediation activities.
- Coordinate with Lines of Business and Insurance Operations teams to ensure compliance with the annual FATCA and CRS reporting obligations.
- Coordinate with Group/ASP Tax and Insurance Operations to ensure compliance with UK Chargeable Event Reporting obligations.
- Support Insurance operations teams on BAU tax compliance matters.
- Ensuring Compliance towards Customer Tax Transparency’s (CTT) and tax evasion escalation
- Conduct Risk
- Review of Conduct Risk Maturity Assessment on Insurance & roll out relevant business & functions
- Prepare oversight of Conduct Risks to Senior Management
- Coordinate with all Lines of Business, Wealth, Marketing, Distribution, Insurance Business Services teams, etc. to ascertain the oversight of Conduct risk are robust & policies and guidance are adhered to
- Ascertain that measures are developed, implemented and effective across business

Business as usual FCR
- Assisting in policy & procedural changes and embedding within Insurance Businesses;
- Assist with setting strategic direction for the Financial Crime standards locally
- Support in developing Financial Crime Risk Maturity Assessment capability for Insurance & roll out relevant business & functions
- Ascertain adequate operational planning, analysis and reporting across the business & functions
- The Insurance FCR Management Forum (FCRMF
- Prepare and assist the local Insurance FCRMF by collating stakeholder’s inputs
- Support and assist Insurance Financial Crime agenda through all applicable internal meetings
- Provide and consolidate monthly KPIs to management
- Monitor visits, recommendations and remedial action plans
- Prepare & support Manger to furnish Senior Management with information, test & challenge appropriately
- Review & assess the applicable remedial action plans. Facilitate & maintain oversight of other plans
- AB&C related policy changes
- Point of contact for AB&C matters within insurance business and provide guidance to AB&C matters
- Assist and conduct trainings on FCR matters
- Financial Crime related management information and key risk indicators
- Prepare oversight of FC Risks to Senior Management
- Work with all Lines of Business, Insurance Business Services & High Net Worth Ops teams, etc. to ascertain the oversight of Financial Crime Services are robust & policies and guidance are adhered to
