**What a Supply Chain Data Analyst does at HP**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
- Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations, with reporting components from multiple data sources
- Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution
- Develop and maintain databases, and build solution that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets
- Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
- Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.

**_ Individuals who will do well in this role usually possess,_**
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Typically 4-6 years of experience in supply chain function or Business / Systems Analysis
- Good knowledge of manufacturing supply chain.
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
- Strong teamwork and project management skill
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
- Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other tools, such as Python programming, html.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus or equivalent 1 year experience overseeing organization's AWS cloud services and infrastructure
