**Job Overview**: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven leader to lead the Technology Efficiency and Productivity function within the Technology Division. This role will be critical in driving operational excellence, technology-led productivity improvements, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to enable scalable, agile, and cost-efficient technology delivery.As a key member of the COO office, you will partner closely with senior leaders across engineering, infrastructure, architecture, and business support functions to optimize delivery velocity, simplify operating models, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the tech organization.Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy and Performance Management* Define and lead the overall technology productivity and efficiency strategy in alignment with business goals and technology priorities.* Develop performance dashboards and KPIs to track throughput, quality, cost efficiency, and development productivity across tech teams.* Technology Productivity and Process Optimization* Identify and implement opportunities to streamline engineering and operational processes, reduce inefficiencies, and eliminate manual effort through automation and tooling.* Drive adoption of modern engineering practices (e.g., agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, platform engineering) to enhance delivery effectiveness and developer experience.* Technology Workforce Planning and Optimization* Develop and lead a strategic approach to technology workforce planning, including skills gap analysis, future capability needs, location strategy, and sourcing model optimization.* Collaborate with HR and finance to forecast demand, improve workforce agility, and drive resource productivity across internal teams and vendor partners.* Establish mechanisms to measure workforce productivity and identify capacity unlocks through automation, upskilling, or role redesign.* Digital Enablement and GenAI/LLM Adoption* Lead initiatives to embed GenAI, LLMs, and intelligent automation tools across the technology lifecycle to boost efficiency and reduce delivery bottlenecks.* Champion digital productivity platforms and practices that enable faster execution and data-driven decision-making.* Cross-Functional Collaboration and Governance* Partner with key stakeholders (Technology departments, HR, Risk, Finance) to align roadmaps, workforce plans, and investment priorities.* Implement strong governance and controls to ensure timely execution, risk mitigation, and regulatory alignment.Qualifications & Requirements:

- Minimum 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, transformation, workforce planning, or COO leadership roles, preferably within large-scale banking or tech environments.* Deep understanding of technology operating models, engineering lifecycle, and the business of IT in financial institutions.* Proven track record in leading large-scale productivity or cost optimization programs, including automation and process re-engineering.* Experience developing and executing technology workforce strategies, including demand forecasting, skills planning, location models, and vendor resource management.* Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes.* Strong familiarity with the risk, compliance, and audit landscape within financial institutions.Why Join Us: This is a critical leadership role shaping how technology is delivered and resourced at scale in a leading financial services group in Asia with a presence in 19 markets.
