Working hours : 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

Job scope:

- _Conduct intake interviews to assess overall functioning, stability and risk level of servicemen with mental health conditions during Basic Military Training (BMT) _
- _Provide mental health support and follow up with servicemen with adjustment difficulties and/or at-risk mental state _
- _Assess out-of-course personnel with mental health conditions on their suitability to return to training _
- _Work with relevant stakeholders and SAF mental health service providers to manage servicemen with mental health conditions _
- _Providing training to newly posted-in commanders on the management of servicemen with mental health conditions _
- _Monitor mental health trends and recommend appropriate interventions to unit commanders _

Requirement:

- Minimum tertiary qualification in psychology. Please indicate your expected salary.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic language proficiency
- Preferably a member of the Singapore Psychological Society or a recognized professional psychology association/society
