Update daily vessel schedule. Using the vessel schedule information, assign and indicate boarding staff identified in the Daily Vessel Schedule list
- Monitor all boarding staff activities while vessel is in port, thereafter ensure all documents and reports are sent before the deadlines set by respective authorities
- Work closely and build rapport with principals and Captain of vessel
- Co-ordinate the CTM requirements with principals, captains and boarding staff
- Act as the “entry point” for all parties involved
- Interact with principals and vendors in a professional manner
- Check the Boarding staff job file and ensure all documents and services engaged are captured p rior to submitting it to Finance to prepare the Final Account
- Multi-tasking and meeting deadlines at all times
- Check the boarding staff job file to ensure that all documents, services engaged and agency fee form are in order. Thereafter handover the Job File to Finance to prepare for Final Disbursement Account for dispatch to Principal
- Key in compile Final Disbursement Account received from Finance into system for appointment secured
