**Job Description**:

- To provide accurate and complete financial & management reports timely to hotel management, corporate office and owners in accordance with the company and ownership reporting requirements & policy
- Maintain control over income, expenses and assets of the hotel in compliance with Accor policies & procedures and local requirements
- Oversee the operations of Accounting, IT & Purchasing

**Qualifications**:

- Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
- At least 3 years relevant experience in a senior leadership role in the hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and laws
- Analytical and detailed oriented
- Excellent communication & organizational skills Technology experience in MS Excel, Word, Sun System back office, Opera PMS & Material Control system
- Ability to work well under pressure & independently in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
