We are looking for **a Deputy Shift Supervisor** to join our operations team in Neste Singapore.

**Your part in Neste journey**

In this role, you will report to the Shift Supervisor and lead a team of technicians to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of process units.

Your main responsibilities include:
**Responsible to Operate integrated refinery safe, reliable and efficient**
- Responsible for operating the units according to production plan in respect to quantity and quality.
- Responsible for executing daily orders related to efficiency and/or maintenance activities.
- Responsible for reviewing, updating and alignment of operating work procedures or practices to the team.
- Require to step up as Shift Supervisor during his/her absence

**Responsible for people management and development**
- Coordinate and assign task to technicians for plant operations
- Responsible to provide feedback to Shift Supervisor for technicians training and competency development

**Responsibilities in the other processes**
- Responsible for leading, follow-up, review and close assigned Task Risk Assessments
- Responsible for preparation and follow-up on PTW preparation/approval including LOTO and Blinding preparation for activities
- Responsible for preparing and ensuring correct implementation of Interlock bypass, fire-impairment and deficiency equipment
- Responsible for reporting incidents to the Shift supervisor and in Neste safety reporting system.
- Responsible for ensuring fault reports are entered correctly in Neste reporting system.
- Responsible for being the main contact or focal person
- Responsible for updating daily manpower in the shift manning tool.

- Diploma in Chemical engineering or other relevant engineering diploma
- 10 years of experience working in petrochemical or refinery operations
- Leadership qualities with good interpersonal people management skills for people development
- High safety standard and strong influencing skills
- Strong team player and communication skills
