**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and maintenance of pre-commissioning and commissioning execution plans, including schedules and resource allocation
- Help prepare and update commissioning procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Review engineering documents and specifications to ensure that commissioning requirements are adequately addressed in the design.
- Assist in the preparation of performance test procedures and ensure they align with industry standard
- Support the execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and timeline.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to facilities the commissioning process and ensure all equipment is properly tested.
- Prepare commissioning progress reports for the Testing and Commissioning Manager, highlighting key activities and any issues encountered.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any technical challenges.
- Assist in conducting inspections and audits during the commissioning process to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to resolve any issues that arise during testing and commissioning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in testing and commissioning within the construction or engineering sector, preferably with data centre or similar facilities
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, commissioning processes and performance testing methodogies
- Familiar with relevant industry standards and regulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
