- about 5 hours agoWe are currently looking for a Head of Treasury for a global family office based in Singapore. He/She will be able to work with very experienced professionals to drive the treasury and capital markets functions, and actively interact with the senior management team across Singapore, Indonesia and India. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Required to manage the groups’ FCF, Investment decisions, somewhat looking at investment opportunities in order to evaluate the proposals that would come to him, vital role in the investment committee internal, governance process to be formulated and the master of the governance process
- Management Bandwidth needed to handle 2-3 countries law, tax regime, and accounting process
- Set up governance structure around decision making, e.g. debt vs equity finance for M&A activities
- Develop criteria around capital structure for existing group and/or new biz/entities.
- Set up Current group’s WACC as key decision making matrix.
- Determine Tax deductibility for debt finance.
- Develop dividend policy - based on which family office, investments, earning for the promoter family also will be managed through this arm ( through different fund managers)
- Manage interplay between debt/equity decisions and the financial accounting implications, which drive reportable earnings that then drive stock price for public groups
- Develop risk management policies and monitor mark-to-market, debt covenants and margin top ups, hedging of forex risks
- Develop decisions making matrix around interest rate risk and management strategies including interest rates swaps
- Develop policies around Decisions on functional currency that will impact hedging policy, accounting treatment and tax implications.
- Manage Cash management
- Overall Cashflow Approval, Pre disbursement approval, investment protocols, ratios to be maintained
- Develop policies around how projects, M&A, etc. are to be evaluated, e.g. payback period, IRR, NPV, ROIC and others

**Key Requirements**:

- Have at least 15-20 years of experience in Treasury, Finance and Capital Markets related functions
- Comes from a reputable university
- Has a strong collaborative spirit
- Humble, energetic and effable personality
- Singaporeans or PRs
