**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Your Job Descriptions to include the following:

- Evaluate and improve on current retail management process, including retail operations, training of new employees,
- Simplify customer-shopping experience in all retail points (Singapore)
- Streamline Customer Relationship Management
- Managing inventory system
- Gathering information on customers' reactions to products;
- Managing of online and offline orders including customers’ queries
- Managing and updating of website content
- Any other supporting tasks assigned to you by Tricot Studio

**The Emporium Group of Stores**:

- Marketing and Promotion for The Emporium Group of stores
- Merchandising of products and maximizing customer interest
- Managing of Marketing and Promotion calendar for The Emporium Group of stores in conjunction with the malls (where applicable)
- Managing and updating of social media content for The Emporium

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in any discipline
- Be customer oriented
- Enthusiastic, pleasant, and vibrant personality
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Must not have worked in a similar job scope
