**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing surfaces for tiling and plastering (e.g., cleaning, leveling, priming)
- Mix adhesives, plaster, cement, and other materials as required
- Carry, load, and position tiles, plaster, and tools for the tradesman
- Cut and shape tiles under supervision
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of tools and work areas
- Support with site clean-up and waste removal
- Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the tiler/plasterer or site supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge or experience in construction work is preferred
- Physically fit and able to handle labor-intensive tasks
- Willingness to learn and take instructions
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Safety-conscious with a responsible attitude

**Additional Information**:

- Work is mostly site-based, across various locations
- Overtime or weekend work may be required based on project needs
- Training opportunities available for motivated individuals
