**Job Description & Requirements**

We are looking for awesome male and female trainers to join our team at UFIT. If you are a qualified personal trainer with a passion to health and fitness, developing your career, working hard and helping clients to get strong and fit, we want to speak to you.

This role is full-time and there are opportunities to earn good money, to develop your career as a Trainer while working with a great team.

This role is for you if you:

- Relish a challenge
- Have great communication and personal skills (can you hold a conversation with a broad range of clients?)
- Are a well-qualified PT with a broad range of skills to fit our client base, or if not, have an attitude to learn and improve
- 120+ hours of personal training clients/small group training per month
- Writing individually tailored programmes to personal training clients
- Selling personal training and small group training packages
- Supporting clients with advice knowledge and motivation to succeed on training plans
- Where necessary refer clients to UFIT physiotherapy/nutrition team
- Update and maintain your schedule on the company's system
- Have fun with your team
