**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**

The incumbent will be responsible for taking charge of the gym’s operations while ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. This includes:

- Being attentive to the needs of the customers on the gym floor
- Providing assistance and advice to customers on general health tips and equipment usage
- Maintaining cleanliness / Carrying out regular cleaning and maintenance of gym equipment/facilities
- Supporting marketing efforts
- Performing reception duties (membership, cashier, customer service and enquiries)
- Managing and leading interns as well as part-time staff
- Any other duties as assigned
**OTHER INFORMATION**
- 5-days work week (includes weekends & Public Holidays)
- Rotating Shifts (Morning/ Afternoon/ Night)
- The incumbent must be able to work at any of the GYMMBOXX outlets across Singapore
- Training provided
- Complimentary free membership

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
